Our Workshops provide clients with a cost effective experience of working closely with an executive coach
within a group format. We find this format provides additional opportunities for team building and
cross-functional working, while still keeping our emphasis on self awareness so each individual
develops realistic, business- focused, action plans.

- We intersperse group working with confidential, individual one to one coaching
- We deepen self-awareness, helping people to articulate succinctly their unique strengths and possible derailers
- We make sure commitment to action is owned by each individual
- We help people to maximise opportunities to play their best game within the business context
- We like to involve our coachee's manager in the process. We strike a careful balance between openness and respecting client confidentiality
- We work with a high ratio of executive coaches to participants to provide intensive individual learning and feedback.

pre-workshop
The workshop objectives and process are explained and discussed with participants at an introductory session;
Individuals prepare for the workshops by typically:
- Analysing career highs and lows
- Collecting feedback from colleagues
- Completing a suitable psychometric inventory.

An event at which individuals will:
- Experience a combination of intensive one to one analysis, group exercises and discussions
- Identify patterns and themes in their career and personality to create a personal profile
- Explore feedback and draw conclusions about what this might mean for future career success
- Commit to practical action plans focused on achieving key business objectives.

We have two follow-up one to one sessions to:
- Reflect on successes to identify what has been learned
- Minimise the impact of any possible derailers
- Refine and update action plans to further enhance performance.
