Who we are

The Executive Coaching Consultancy coaches all combine commercial backgrounds with up to 15 years coaching experience. The ECC coaches work as a cohesive close-knit team based in their central London offices. The coaches bring their professionalism and experience to provide pragmatic and challenging coaching solutions that are adapted to each client.

Having built a highly successful coaching clientele based primarily on personal recommendation, the coaches are committed to developing highly effective and sustainable relationships with their clients. Clients describe their approach variously as “intelligent training” and “very commercial”, bringing a pragmatic focus to bear on complex commercial issues, supporting successful executives to develop their performance.

ECC Coaches become working partners with their clients, often acting as an extension of their L&D teams, training internal coaches, nurturing ‘rising stars/talent’ or working with their board of directors.
