Professional Coaching Qualification
ECC’s Professional Coach Recognition Programme is aimed at both internal HR teams and individuals who are planning to become professional qualified coaches to achieve externally recognised standards of coaching. By sharing their expertise and experience as coaches, built up over fifteen years, ECC can help organisations develop their own internal coaches. The inspiring and challenging six month programme builds towards a coaching qualification recognised by the Association for Coaching.
