Leadership Development
Today organisations demand rapid change and highly effective leadership, as well as financial success. Leaders are under pressure to deliver immediate results but at the same time as equipping their business to meet future challenges.
The leaders most able to deliver this possess highly developed self-awareness and clarity about what they need to deliver. Good leaders are interested in, and aware of the impact they have on others, and can adapt and change their behaviours to achieve better results with their team.
Leadership Development Programmes provide a specific focus on enabling leaders to capitalise on their strengths and accelerate development in the areas in which they could make even more impact. The programmes offer insight, intellectual stretch, new learns, and inspire people to act. The programmes are pragmatic and business-focused with strong links to existing leadership models, and to the organisation’s own leadership team’s practices. This creates a coherent and shared approach to leadership.
The programmes provide a blend of workshops, assignments, seminars and mentoring, over a 10-12 month period. Line sponsorship is strongly encouraged to enable participants to be mentored by their own leaders.
Typically the programmes involve the senior leadership teams and work with them to cascade the desired leadership culture throughout the business.
