| i) Executive coaching programmes are invoiced in total in advance. |
| ii) Workshops are invoiced 50% in advance and 50% on completion. |
| iii) We like to be as flexible as possible about booking dates, and therefore are happy to reschedule as long as we are given a week's notice. |
| iv) We charge a cancellation fee for executive coaching when it's less than a week to go and we are unable to re-book the times. |
| v) We charge a cancellation fee of 50% for workshops cancelled with less than a month to go. |
| vi) 1:1 coaching sessions are normally held away from the individual's place of work, usually at our offices in Kensington. |

| confidentiality |
| i) In one to one coaching we believe in the importance of holding a preliminary 'chemistry check' ie a brief introductory meeting with the prospective individual, which we do at our expense. |
| ii) As our work is to do with improving the performance of individuals and teams on a personal level and is not strategically sensitive, we often work with more than one client in a particular industry. |
| iii) Confidentiality is guaranteed both at an individual level and company level, as our focus is on providing a safe environment for individuals and teams to open up. |
| iv) Feedback to the client organisation can be provided with the express approval of the individual being coached. |
