Confidentiality
ECC frequently works with several clients from within the same industry. Confidentiality is paramount. Our ethical way of working is key; confidentiality is assured at both an individual and a corporate level. Our focus is on building a safe environment in which both individuals and teams can develop.
Feedback to the client organisation can be provided only with the express permission and approval of the individual being coached.
Terms & Conditions
Prior to all executive coaching, a preliminary introductory meeting takes place with the individual to ensure that the ‘chemistry’ between client and coach works. This is not charged for.
Executive Coaching Programmes are invoiced in advance.
We endeavour to be as flexible as possible booking one-to-one sessions and are happy to reschedule providing clients give us seven days notice. Where coaching clients cannot give notice and we cannot re-schedule, the session is charged in full.
Workshops are invoiced on completion
A cancellation fee of 50% is charged where workshops are cancelled less than a month ahead.
