Sue has worked in a number of industries during her career, including fashion retail and financial services. This business experience enables Sue to understand the complex businesses in which many clients work.

Sue has extensive executive coaching experience. Coaching programmes have been undertaken with CEO's, Board members and other Directors, executives, managers and high potential employees. Sue's focus is to develop leadership capability and enable individuals to achieve their full potential. The scope of coaching has been a mixture of one-to-one coaching, team development and board review work. Sue is also interested in the development of leaders in the area of coaching skills. Sue has a strong background of working with senior women, helping them with work life balance and achieving credibility at senior executive level.

Typically, the basis of the coaching agenda is a 360 degree review of the individual client together with input from a senior manager in order to specify development needs. This may be in the form of a three way meeting. Sue then works with the client over a period of six months or a year to meet the development objective identified. Whilst the primary objective is often business development through performance coaching, the personal development needs of individuals are always incorporated. Sue creates a confidential contract with the individual which is characterised by high trust and openness. Sue is able to identify needs quickly and get to the heart of matters. She strongly believes in working on strengths as much as on development needs and so builds on the positives throughout. Sue is known for both high quality and creative approaches and for measurable results.
