How we work

Methodology

The basis of the coaching agenda is typically a 360 degree review of the individual client together with input from a senior manager to specify development needs. ECC coaches then work with the client over a period of 6-12 months to meet the development objectives. Whilst the primary objective is often business development through performance coaching, the personal development needs of the individual are always incorporated.

Our coaches create a confidential contract with the individual which forms the basis of the working relationship.

ECC's own 360° review tool has been developed over 15 years of coaching experience. It has been extensively tested and developed. It can provide composite reports across coachees and across organisations too. The tool has been honed through use across many different industries and organisations.

Where we work

Predominantly the coaching is done face-to-face, from ECC’s offices in central London or at clients’ locations in London or throughout the UK. As ECC has many clients with global / international roles who travel extensively - coaching is also carried out by telephone as well as by video conferencing.
