Prior to joining the Executive Coaching Consultancy Emma had 10 years experience in human resources in the financial services sector. She started her career at the Prudential and then spent over six years with JP Morgan Chase. She has also worked in South Africa as a Management Development Consultant for the Liberty Life Group. As both a Human Resources Manager and a Management Development Specialist and currently, as a coach, Emma has and continues to work extensively with individuals in a number of different investment banking functions and roles including Traders, Salespeople, Bankers, Research Analysts, Product Specialists, Operations Managers and IT Specialists. Since joining the Executive Coaching Consultancy in February 2004, Emma has worked with clients in a variety of management roles at Allen & Overy, AOL, Avis, Bank of New York, Ernst & Young, Land Securities, Media Planning Group, Merrill Lynch, MJ Media, The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, The Royal Bank of Canada, Telereal, The Arcadia Group, and Total Media. Emma is trained in the use of psychometric profiles and often uses these, together with 360 Degree Feedback, to help individuals increase their self-awareness, understand their aspirations and enhance their current and future performance. Emma is a Psychology graduate, with an MSC in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics and has completed a Certificate in Coaching. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Association for Coaching.
