Debbie Moore Debbie is a Management Development Professional with 10 years experience of Training and Development within a large blue chip organisation in the retail sector before moving into a consultancy role in 2000.

Debbie's past experience includes heading up a Group Management Development function where she managed a team who provided Training and Development for all management levels. She personally coached and facilitated Senior Executive development. Prior to this Debbie held various Line Management roles within retail.

Debbie continues to work with executives both as a coach and a facilitator of team development. Her operational experience enables her to bring a very practical approach to coaching others, particularly when they are focussing on personal actions for change.

Debbie's work has a strong retail focus, working with brands such as Topshop, Burton, Evans, Dixons Stores Group, Waterstones and phones 4U. She has also worked with businesses from other sectors, including Showtime (Viacom Group), Axa Investment Banking, Marsh McLennan, Chez Gerard Restaurants and Boosey and Hawkes. In addition, Debbie has worked internationally and cross-culturally in the Middle East with groups of Arabic and Northern European origin.

Debbie is a Graduate, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Member of the Association for Coaching. She is qualified to level B BPS (British Psychological Society) and is trained to use Myers Briggs, 16PF5 and the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis.
