| developing the internal coach | |
Many of our clients want to move towards a coaching culture. Our workshops allow managers and
HR professionals to develop the skills they need to adopt a coaching style.
We design each workshop according to the specific needs of the client in order to support their
cultural change. Participants have the opportunity to practise coaching and experience being
coached by their peers and our professional coaches.
|
our approach
- A fast paced, action-packed programme where individuals develop their coaching skills, heighten self-awareness and commit to real action
- Participants enjoy a highly tailored and personalised experience. We do this by having a high coach:participant ratio.
|
pre-workshop
We have a one to one session with each participant to:
- Share and discuss feedback about their coaching style
- Diagnose preferred management and interpersonal style by using suitable psychometric inventories
- Discuss the objectives they agreed with their manager and pinpoint their personal learning objectives for the workshop.
|
 |
the workshop
An event which allows participants to:
- Practise coaching and assimilate a few key coaching models
- Use current challenges, which face them, for the practical exercises so they make progress on live business issues
- Isolate key coaching skills and practise intensively
- Create a clear action plan for continuing to improve their coaching skills
- Receive continuous feedback on their coaching skills.

post workshop
Individuals will have:
- A follow-up one to one with one of us to ensure action plans are robust and realistic and that the learning from the workshop is sustained
- A meeting with their line manager to discuss, refine and agree their action plan
- Our encouragement to meet regularly as an action-learning group
- The opportunity to gather feedback after 3 months on how their behaviour has changed.
