Executive Coaching Workshops
Offering senior managers an accelerated coaching programme, the Executive Coaching Workshops offer clients a cost effective way of working closely with a coach but within a group setting. Retaining the high impact of an individual development programme, the workshops offer a more time and cost effective intervention. By agreeing objectives for coaching and measures of success with both manager and individual, the workshop facilitates in depth self evaluation through 360 degree reviews and other coaching models, to create a Personal Development Action Plan. Tailored to the needs of each client, the workshops enable participants to combine working in a group with individual one-to-one coaching sessions.
Leader as Coach
As many clients move towards developing an in-house coaching culture, these workshops offer managers the opportunity to develop the coaching skills to foster this culture. Each workshop is designed to provide a fast-paced accelerated programme where individuals develop their coaching skills, heighten their self-awareness and commit to action and development. Participants can develop and practise their coaching skills and experience being coached by peers, closely observed by our professional coaches and receiving continuous feedback. Follow-up coaching support is provided for participants.
